Production, Shipping, Returns & Refunds
At Kingdom+Country, we stand behind every order we make.
If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right!
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a printing, production, or other verified quality-control issue, please reach out to us. Once verified, we’ll work with you to make it right at no cost to you.
Quality-Control Issues
If you believe there is a quality-control issue with your order, please email support@kingdomandcountry.co and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the issue, including the full front and back of the item when applicable
Once we receive the requested information and verify the issue, our team will work with you on the appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
Kingdom+Country reserves the right to inspect or verify reported quality issues before issuing a replacement or refund.
General Returns
We understand that sometimes our products simply aren't the right fit, color, or style for you.
Returns are accepted when the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Received back within 30 days of delivery
For eligible standard returns, Kingdom+Country will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or design, simply return the original item through our standard return process and place a new order for the item you prefer.
You’re welcome to place your new order immediately. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, less the $8 return shipping fee.
Order Production
Every order is made to order and typically ships within 2 to 8 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipment.
Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons, and we appreciate your patience as each item is made to order.
Discounts & Free Shipping
Promotional discounts and free-shipping offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise. Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including:
- Size
- Color
- Design
- Shipping address
Need to make a change?
Email support@kingdomandcountry.co within 2 hours of placing your order. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Shipping Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered at checkout:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned to us, we'll refund the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping charge and any applicable return or reshipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To begin a standard return, email support@kingdomandcountry.co and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief description of the reason for your return
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, less the $8 return shipping fee.
Think you received a defective or incorrectly produced item? Please refer to the Quality-Control Issues section above and send us photos before returning anything.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Items received more than 30 days after delivery
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above
