Our Promise to You
If we make a mistake—wrong item, damaged product, or any error on our part—we’ll make it right. That means:
-Free replacement or
-Full refund (your choice) at no cost to you.
-If your order falls outside of our guaranteed receipt window of 14 business days, we will refund your order in full. (unless during holiday season and/or peak season)
Return & Exchange Policy
To keep our guarantee fair and our quality high:
-Unworn, unwashed items only can be returned or exchanged.
-Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
-All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item is not in acceptable condition.
-For returns or exchanges not due to Quality Control issues (wrong size, fit preference, material preference, etc.): Customer pays return shipping-Store credit only will be issued for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping).
Order Processing
Each item is made to order with care and typically ships within 2–7 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
Please Note: You may receive a shipping notification once your order has been produced and a label has been created—this is an auto-generated message. Because we ship in bulk, it may take up to 48 hours, sometimes longer (during the busy holiday season) before USPS scans your package and tracking updates show your order as en route.
Estimated Delivery
- U.S. Orders: Once shipped & en route, packages usually arrive within 5–7 days.
- International Orders: We currently do NOT offer international shipping
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Kingdom+Country is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout—even if that address was incorrect—we will not issue refunds or replacements. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR "SHIP TO" ADDRESS PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Shipping Rates
- T-Shirts:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all t-shirt orders.
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts:
Due to increased size, weight, and packaging requirements, hoodies and sweatshirts incur an additional shipping fee of $8.50, which is added to the standard $5.99 shipping rate.
- Free Shipping:
We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more.
This applies to all qualifying items, including hoodies and sweatshirts.
These shipping rates help us cover carrier costs while continuing to produce, pack, and ship all items with care here in the USA.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are worn, washed, or altered
Refund Timeline (if approved and applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
