At Kingdom+Country, we stand behind every order we make.
If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly provide your choice of:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Our goal is simple: We want you to love your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted if the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Received within 30 days of delivery
For returns due to sizing, fit, color preference, or any reason unrelated to a quality issue:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a Kingdom+Country e-gift card for the purchase price of the returned item (excluding the original shipping charge).
Order Production
Every order is made to order and typically ships within 2 to 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipment.
Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons, we appreciate your patience as each item is made to order.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including:
- Size
- Color
- Design
- Shipping Address
Need to make a change?
Email support@kingdomandcountry.co within 2 hours of placing your order. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Shipping Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered at checkout:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned to us, we'll refund the purchase price of the item (less the original shipping charge).
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email support@kingdomandcountry.co and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for your return
- Photos, if applicable
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Items received more than 30 days after delivery
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
