Our Promise to You
If we make a mistake—wrong item, damaged product, or any error on our part—we’ll make it right. That means:
-Free replacement or
-Full refund (your choice) at no cost to you.
-If your order falls outside of our guaranteed receipt window of 14 business days, we will refund your order in full. (unless during holiday season and/or peak season)
Return & Exchange Policy
To keep our guarantee fair and our quality high:
-Unworn, unwashed items only can be returned or exchanged.
-Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
-For returns or exchanges not due to our error (wrong size, fit preference, material preference, etc.): Customer pays return shipping-Store credit only will be issued for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping).
Order Processing
Each item is made to order with care and typically ships within 2–7 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
Please Note: You may receive a shipping notification once your order has been produced and a label has been created—this is an auto-generated message. Because we ship in bulk, it may take up to 48 hours before USPS scans your package and tracking updates show your order as en route.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Kingdom+Country is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout—even if that address was incorrect—we will not issue refunds or replacements. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR "SHIP TO" ADDRESS PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions your way.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are worn, washed, or altered
